It's Easy!
Just Peel, Press & File

1. Make sure nail is dry. Push back cuticles with provided cuticle stick.
2. Select size- start with pinky apply on thumbs last.
Remove clear cover. / Gently peel off Polish Strip.
3. Lay rounded edges against cuticle, stretch if necessary.
Can re-position if needed.
4. Smooth the nail strip on the nail.
Crease excess under nail edge, the excess tears away easily.
5. File off excess gently downward with provided nail file.
